HUDSON, NH -- Mrs. Nicole J. (Gagnon) Barker, age 70, of Hudson, NH, passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH following a courageous battle with cancer. For 24 years, she was the beloved wife of Bob Barker.
She was born in Plessisville, Quebec, Canada on August 13, 1942, daughter of the late Rock and Yvonne (Demers) Gagnon.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed at various restaurants in the area, but most recently she co-owned and operated the Quick Pickins Deli in Lowell with her husband.
Nicole enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and her cat, Buster.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda (Lahaise) Botos and her husband John of Nashua; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Denis & Huguette Gagnon, Guy and Ginette Gagnon, Yves & Pierrette Gagnon, and Bertrand Gagnon, all of Quebec, Canada; also several nieces & nephews in Quebec.
She was predeceased by her brother, Rejean Gagnon.
BARKER -- Nicole; 70, of Hudson, NH. There will be no calling hours. Cremation to take place Saturday. Relatives & Friends are invited to her Memorial Funeral Mass on Monday Nov. 12, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the St. Kathryn Church, 4 Dracut Rd., Hudson, NH. Interment is private.
