CHELMSFORD -- Patricia L. (Byrt) Quinn, 90, of Chelmsford, formerly of the Highlands Section of Lowell, died Thursday evening, November 22nd, 2012, at Palm Manor Nursing Home in Chelmsford.
She was the beloved wife of the late Philip P. Quinn who died June 29, 2005.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, November 16, 1922, the daughter of the late William and the late Mary (Cullen) Byrt, she attended Lowell schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School in the Class of 1936. She then went on to attend the Lowell Normal School which later became Lowell State College and is now known as UMass Lowell.
Before retiring, Mrs. Quinn was employed as a Teacher's Aide at the Hellenic American Academy in Lowell. Previously, she was a secretary at the former Fort Devens in Ayer.
A communicant of St. Margaret Church in Lowell, she was also a member of the Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality and the Seton Guild. She was also a member of the Lowell High School Alumni Association.
Mrs. Quinn is survived by a daughter, Patrice M. MacNevin and her husband, Scott of Northwood, NH; a son, Philip B. Quinn and his wife, Caryl of Midlothian, VA; two granddaughters, Emily Quinn and Natalie Quinn, both of Midlothian, VA; a grandson, Dylan MacNevin of Northwood, NH; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Friends may call at the O'DONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 276 PAWTUCKET ST. at Fletcher from 9 to 9:45 A.M. on Monday. Her Funeral Service will immediately follow in the Funeral Home at 10 o'clock.
