Robert J. "Mickey" Maguire III

DRACUT -- Robert J. "Mickey" Maguire III, 66, passed away April 22nd, at Lowell General Hospital- Saints Campus. He was the cherished husband of Donna M. (Scioli) Maguire.
Robert was born in Lowell on December 8, 1946, a son of Anita (Duffy) and the late Robert J. Maguire, Jr. Robert graduated from Chelmsford High School, and studied at both North Eastern and Lowell Tech.
For many years he was employed as a computer technician at AGFA in Wilmington. Most recently he volunteered his time as a dog walker for Salem Animal Rescue League, where he found great joy working with all the animals, large and small.
In addition to his love of animals, he was an avid gardener with a great appreciation of plants and flowers. He also enjoyed spending time on his computer playing games.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his siblings; Richard Maguire, Linda Keefe, Sharon Maguire and Robbi Deschaine all of Chelmsford and Brenda Bernat of Lowell; Donna's children; Keith Parent and his wife Lori of Waltham and Tracy Disley and her husband Kenneth of Springfield; his two grandchildren Michael and Daniel Parent, as well as several nieces and nephews.
MAGUIRE -- Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday, April 26th 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. His funeral service will take place at the funeral home at 12 p.m. Interment at Oakland Cemetery in Dracut.
