PELHAM, NH -- Simone "Sim" (Bergeron) Lausier, 78, Resident of Pelham since 1963 died after a long illness on Monday, December 10th. She was the loving wife of Raymond "George" Lausier with whom she shared 54 years of marriage.
Born in Lowell, MA August 25, 1934, Simone was the daughter of the late Henri and Bernadette (Touzin) Bergeron.
She was employed at Raytheon Missile Division of Andover, MA before retiring in 1993.
She leaves her husband and five daughters, Denise S. Prud'homme, widow of Paul Prud'homme who died of a brain tumor in 2000 and her friend James Fisher, Diane M. Fichera and her husband Frank Fichera II, Donna M. Prud'homme and her husband Gene (twin brother of Paul), Debra R. Boucher and friend of Mark Bibeau and Darlene E. Michaud and her husband Andre all of Pelham.
She also leaves ten loving grandchildren; Tiffany Bernard and her husband Andrew, Brandon Prud'homme, Frank Fichera III, Nicholas Fichera, Matthew, Stephen and Alex Prud'homme, Kyle Boucher, Megan Michaud and George Michaud, One great-grandchild Cameron Prud'homme and his mother Kayla Miamis, all of Pelham, NH.
She also leaves three sisters; Rita St. Onge of Pelham, Jeannette and her husband Robert Lausier of Westford, MA, and Annette and her husband Arthur Shaughnessy of Hudson, NH. Also two brothers Roland Bergeron and his wife Sandra of Westford, MA, Roger Bergeron and his wife Joan of Lowell, and the late Gerard and Raymond Bergeron. She was also survived by additional family members; Amber Peel and Emily Paquette.
LAUSIER -- Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, December 13th from 3 -- 8 PM at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT. Her funeral will take place from the funeral home at 9 AM on Friday, December 14th, with her funeral Mass to follow at 10 AM in St. Patrick's Church, 12 Main Street, Pelham, NH. Her burial will follow in Gibson Cemetery in Pelham.
