Loving Mother and Grandmother
WESTFORD, MA -- Yvonne R. (Cloutier) Hoffman, of Westford, formerly a longtime resident of Lowell, died Monday, November 19, 2012, at Genesis Westford House after a lengthy illness, aged 91 years. She was the beloved wife of the late William R. Hoffman, who died in 2002.
Born in Lawrence, October 28, 1921, a daughter of the late Louise and Elise (Noel) Cloutier. She received her education at the Sacred Heart School in Lawrence.
Mrs. Hoffman was a member of Our Lady's Sodality, Saint Patrick Parish, Lowell, and the Greater Lowell League of Catholic Women.
Yvonne was a kind, caring person who will always be remembered for her loving devotion to family and friends.
She is survived by two daughters, Christine Hoffman-Haskell and her husband Channing Haskell of Atlanta, GA, and Claire Hoffman-Hall and her husband Scott Hall of Westford. A cherished grandson, Andrew Haskell of Atlanta. A brother, Norman Cloutier of Methuen, and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Susan Ann Hoffman who died in 2010.

Yvonne's memorial services to be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church, 10 Church St., Westford, and Sunday, January 13, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, Westford. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to the Tyngsborough Scholarship Trust, P.O. Box 547, Tyngsborough, MA, 01879.
