PETERBOROUGH, NH -- Ruth M. (Dupuis) Drew, 87, of Peterborough, NH died Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Summerhill Assisted Living in Peterborough, NH.

She was married to the late Maurice E. Drew, who died on September 10, 1997.

Born in Lowell, MA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Anna Dupuis. She graduated from Lowell High School with the class
of 1943.

Ruth retired from Sanders Assoc. of Nashua, NH. She had previously worked for the Compugraphic Corp. in Wilmington, MA and the J.M. Fields Department Store in Chelmsford, MA.

She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in N. Chelmsford, MA. She was a member of the Legion of Catholic Women of Lowell, MA and a member of the Chelmsford and Dunstable Senior Centers.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda and her husband Norman Nickerson of Greenfield, NH and Debora Lee Drew of Healdsburg, CA; one sister, Rita Delizza of Alfred, ME; two grandchildren, Nathaniel Nickerson and his wife Nicole of Charlottesville, VA and Nicole (Nickerson) Haley of Peterborough, NH and three great-grandchildren, Paul Haley of Peterborough, NH and Adam and Ella Nickerson of Charlottesville, VA.

DREW -- There will be no visiting hours. A private burial is planned. A memorial service will be held in the late spring. Family and friends will be notified when the arrangements are complete.
