Bryan Taylor Murray
Beloved brother, uncle and granduncle
PELHAM, NH -- Bryan Taylor Murray, 58, of Pelham, NH but for many years a resident of East Boston, MA, died late Monday afternoon, April 7th at Fairview Health Care Center in Lowell, MA surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, May 25, 1955, the son of the late Charles N., Sr. and the late Althea M. (Taylor) Murray, he received his education in the Lowell school system.
Bryan enjoyed traveling with Fr. Gino Marchesani of the Don Orione Home of East Boston, visiting places like New York and Rome as well as visiting his niece in North Carolina. He loved all types of music and watching old television shows, especially Lawrence Welk. He lived a simple life, but one full of joy and happiness.
To quote an article written while Bryan was working for Priority Services, Inc., "
you'd never suspect Mr. Murray has Down Syndrome. He never allows his disability to stand in the way of a solid work day or a good time. If there's any disease, it's apt to be a contagious spirit which affects those around him. And when he smiles, his hand goes out and up pops a thumb. Everything is A-OK in Bryan's world.
Bryan is survived by his beloved caretaker Father Gino Marchesani of East Boston, MA; his brother Charles N. Murray, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Pelham, NH; his sister Sandra Houde and her husband David of Hudson, MA; three nieces Jessica (Murray) Shaffer and her husband Michael of Huntersville, NC, Elizabeth (Murray) Barbieri and her wife Melissa of Dracut, MA and Gini Houde of Chicago, IL; a nephew Adam Murray of Pelham, NH; two grandnephews Krystofer Houde of Manchester, NH and Jackson Briggs of Hudson, NH; a grandniece Brennan Barbieri of Dracut, MA; and many cousins, family and friends.
