Loving mother and grandmother
DRACUT, MA -- Lucille Irene (Dupuis) Charbonneau, 86, a lifelong resident of Dracut, died peacefully, Thursday, December 6th, 2012, at D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell surrounded by her loving family.
She was the widow of the late Arthur C. Charbonneau who died on October 14, 1970.
Lucille was born in Lowell, MA on July 2, 1926, a daughter of the late Irene (Robert) and Charles Dupuis. She was educated in the Dracut School System.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed at the former Bon Marche. She was a member of the D'Youville Ladies Guild.
Lucille was a loving and caring mother and grandmother and her family meant everything to her.
Lucille is survived and will be sadly missed by her children, Jacqueline Soyden and her husband, Peter, Lucille Kleczkowski and her husband, Charles, Paul Charbonneau, Denise Mercier, all of Dracut, and Robert Charbonneau and his longtime companion, Maggie Luneau of Pelham, NH; her nine grandchildren, Sharon Soyden, Stephen Soyden, Sue Ferreira, Ann DeLuca, Charles Kleczkowski Jr., Sandra Messer, Debra Cabral, Stephanie Cooksey, and Andrew Dozibrin; nine great-grandchildren, Brenda, Stephanie, Joey, Olivia, Sophia, Philip, Matthew, Meghan and Jake; her sisters, Pearl Beauchesne of Lowell, and Pauline Abney of Port Arthur, Texas; a sister-in-law, Shirley Dupuis of Miles City, MT; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Dupuis.
CHARBONNEAU -- At Lucille's request there will be no calling hours. Burial will be private. Family and Friends are invited to her memorial mass which will be held on Saturday, December 15th at 9:00 a.m. at St. Francis Church, 115 Wheeler Road, Dracut, MA. All arrangements are private and under the direction of the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut.
