J. Robert Lelievre
of Littleton; formerly of Westford; 90

LITTLETON -- J. Robert Lelievre, 90, of Littleton died suddenly at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer on Monday May 6, 2013. He was a born in Gaspé, Quebec, Canada on December 13, 1922, the son of the late Emile and Emilie (Lambert) Lelievre. He grew up in Canada and immigrated to the Camden, Maine area for several years, then to Waltham, MA at the age of 24. He made his home in Westford, MA from 1967 to 2006 when he moved to Littleton, MA. Robert married in 1954 to his wife M. Gemma (Breau) Lelievre. He worked as a fisherman in his early years, then made his career as a tree cutter and in construction. He enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a passionate Montreal Canadiens' fan.

Mr. Lelievre is survived by his wife M. Gemma (Breau) Lelievre of Littleton, five sons Raymond Lelievre of Townsend, Robert J. Lelievre of York, Maine, Thomas Lelievre of Merrimack, NH and Michael and David Lelievre both of Littleton, two daughters Denise Tully of Fitchburg and Sheila Black of Pepperell, his brothers Aurel, Jean-Marc, Jean-Marie, Yvon and his sisters, Gisele and Ginette, and his 22 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren. He is predeceased by a son, Dennis Lelievre, his brothers Roland, Camille, Roger and his sisters Melina, Aurelie and Sylvie.

LELIEVRE -- Visiting Hours will be held at the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King Street, Littleton on Friday, May 10 from 3-7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Saturday May 11, 2013 at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 75 King Street, Littleton, MA. Please see www.badgerfuneral.com.
