To the Tays Family,
Sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad. I worked with Phil at Bay Networks/Nortel and again at Cisco Systems and always found him to have such a gentle smile. He loved to stop and chat and his face would light up everytime he spoke about his children and his grandkids. He was such a special type of person, one that is missed in today's society. My thoughts and prayers are with you now at this difficult time. RIP Phil!

To the Tays family:

We are saddened hear of your loss. Many years ago my late husband, Bob Ringdahl, and I were good friend with both your Mom and Dad. They were wonderful people and we have many happy memories of them. We shall miss seeing and chatting with your Dad at church. May you have comfort in knowing how many friends he had and what a great man he was.
