DRACUT -- Carl V. Pizzuto, 48, a Dracut resident, died unexpectedly on Thursday, February 13, 2014, at BMC.
Born in Boston on Christmas Day 1965, he was the 1st child born to Anne Pizzuto of Dracut and Clay Pizzuto of Swampscott.
He leaves behind his beloved children, Kristina and James Pizzuto along with his ex-wife, Lynne of Everett. Carl is also survived by his two sisters, Cheryl Kefauver of Dracut, and Christine Pizzuto of Lowell. He also leaves behind his grandmother, Catherine Pizzuto of Boston; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, three nephews, and one niece.
Carl served in the Army National Guard from 1983-1989. He worked for Local 22 as a laborer for many years and was extremely active in the AA community. In his down time, he enjoyed playing the guitar and writing music. Carl had many hobbies and interests but his favorite was spending time being a Dad.
Friends and family are invited to a "Celebration of His Life" to be held on March 7, 2014 from 6 pm-10 pm at the Knights of Columbus, 570 North Ave., Wakefield, MA.
