Bieber, Marian  
Marian Bieber Age 84; loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and excellent hugger, born July 3, 1930 in St. Hilaire, MN passed peacefully on November 23, 2014 at the age 84 surrounded by her loving family. Marion was preceded in death by her parents Esther and Leo Carpenter of St. Hilaire, MN, brother Alvin Carpenter, sister Ethel Alnes and Sister Alice Makinson. Marion is survived by her loving husband of 59 year, Loran Bieber; sons, Michael and Steve (Cari), daughter Susan (Don) Kuchnicki; Grandchildren, Amanda, Alison, Morgan and Justin (Kuchnicki); Eric (Jessica), Lauren (Ryan Jackson), Haley, and Ellie (Bieber); and one great grandchild; Max Jackson. Marion had a happy childhood in St. Hilaire, MN surrounded by a small community of loving friends and family. She met the love of her life, Loran Bieber, in Fargo, ND in 1954. Married in 1955 and moved to East Lansing, MI with their 3 children in 1965. Marion happily moved her family into their tender home on Albert Avenue in 1966 where she lived the rest of her life. She will be missed; she always had fresh baked goodies, beautiful quilts, a welcoming home and loving heart. Marion's true love was being the nurturer of her family and we celebrate the love she gave so freely to all of us. Marion was a member of University Lutheran Church and participant of Rhodon Circle for 49 years. Marion enjoyed her position as administrative secretary at Martin Luther Chapel in East Lansing, where she made life long friends. Marion will be greatly missed but her beautiful spirit will be with us forever. A service followed by a celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 30th, 2014 at 2:00pm at University Lutheran Church, 1020 South Harrison Rd, East Lansing. In place of flowers the family wishes that memorial contributions be made to the Quilting Circle at University Lutheran Church or the Boys and Girls Aid Society of Oregon ( boysandgirlsaid.org ), where she adopted two of her children.

Felipa F. Diaz Kokomo Felipa F. Diaz, 94,  took her last breath at 8:45 a.m. Saturday November 22, 2014 at Community Howard Regional Health Hospital in Kokomo. She is survived by daughters, Ida (Scott) Miller, Lansing, MI, Elizabeth "Sheila" McKay, Kokomo, IN, Anna Handley, Lansing, MI, Abi (Wayne) Ames, Mason, MI, and Dinah Diaz, Lansing, MI. There will be a graveside service at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in Chapel Hill Memory Gardens, Lansing, Michigan. Messages of condolence may be submitted at www.stoutandson.com .

Fedewa, Mae  
Mae Rose Fedewa Portland Age 93, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014.  She was born on August 7, 1921 in Lansing, MI the daughter of Frank and Louise (Schaffer) Schuller.  Mrs. Fedewa was an avid golfer, loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and liked to travel, taking R.V. trips around the country.  Mae Rose was known as a fun-loving person, the "life of the party".  Together she and her husband Fritz spent over 25 years wintering in Gulf Shores, and just recently celebrated 70 years of marriage.  Preceding her in death were her parents; sister, Pauline Nowak; brother, Carl Schuller.  Surviving are her husband of 70 years, Fritz Fedewa; children, Sue (Ed) Bailey, Pat Schrauben, and Mike (Darlene) Fedewa; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. Upon Mae Rose's request, there will be no services scheduled.  Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes, Portland.  On line condolences may be made at www.lehmanfuneralhomes.com .

Hogle, Robert - Perrinton  
Robert Neil Hogle Perrinton  84,  passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Laurels of Carson City after a month long struggle with his health.  He was born in Battle Creek, Michigan on May 16, 1930 the son of Lyle and Alice (Cook) Hogle.  He married M. Jean Maatsch on March 19, 1954 in Angola, IN.      In Bob's younger years he was a Golden Gloves boxer.  He then helped train younger boys for the ring. He passed the love of boxing on to his children and Grandsons. Bob was a builder of 6 houses at Rainbow Lake from 1969 forward.  Became involved with Shorthorn cattle in 1990, he and Jean were members of the American Shorthorn Association which they enjoyed together for many years.  Bob was a keeper of a beautiful manicured lawn and he loved to landscape.  He and his wife (Jean) always lived on the water or very near it at Rainbow Lake and Cape Coral, Florida.  He was also the president of Hogle Trucklines, Inc for the past 32 years.  He turned a small trucking company into a progressive local business that employs 18 full time positions.  His Children will carry on with his and Jean's dream. Bob is survived by three Children, Mike and Sandi (Powers) Hogle, Vanessa and Greg Colley and Vikki Hogle.  He is survived by 7 Grand Children and 15 Great Grand Children.  An older sister Phyllis Joan Hogle Serviss of Lansing. He was preceded in death by his wife M. Jean Hogle in 2008, his parents Lyle Hogle and Alice Cook Hogle Cosgrove.  And a brother James Hogle. Funeral services for Bob will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 4 pm at Dodge Funeral Home in Middleton, MI.  A private interment will follow in Payne Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 6-8 pm.  Everyone is invited to a dinner following the service at Fulton Township Hall.
