DeMond, Leroy  
Leroy A. DeMond Lansing Leroy A. DeMond,  left this world June 25, 2015 to join his beloved wife, Cathleen, in the loving arms of God. He was born February 26, 1922 in Nashville, Michigan to Virgil and Bessie (Randolph) DeMond. Leroy retired from Heart Truss after many years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathleen DeMond; and son, Leroy J. DeMond. Surviving to cherish his memory is son, Douglas A. (Peggy) Elders; and grandchildren, Jennifer (Eric) and Doreen (Vic) Staake;  lifelong friend Michael Casey; and many nieces and nephews. Private family services were held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing, Michigan. For those desiring, memorial contributions in honor of Leroy may be made to Susan G. Dodds, Steven  
Steven Wayne Dodds Mason Steven Wayne Dodds, age 61 died June 27, 2015, peacefully surrounded by his family from Kidney Cancer.  He was born January 24, 1954 in Lansing, MI to Larry Dodds and Maxine (Miller) Hadley.     He was proud to belong to the fellowship of  Alcoholics Anonymous for 14 years.  Steven loved golfing, bowling, trips to the casino, fishing from his pontoon, attending and hosting Alcoholics Anonymous events.  He was a member of VFW Post 7309 Men's auxiliary. Steven was preceeded in death by parents, and brother, Tom Mathews. Surviving are his wife, Lorrie (Vaughn) Dodds of 17 years; one son, Bob (Tracey) Dodds; and 2 grandchildren, Kayliann and Easton Dodds; 3 brothers, David (Pam) Frame, Roger Mathews, Mike (Anne) Smyth; one sister, Susie (Danny) Reynolds; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m.,  Thursday, July 2, 2015  at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 621 S. Jefferson St., Mason, MI, with Father Kusitino Cobora officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, July 1, 2015, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. with a 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.  Alcoholics Anonymous Meeting.  Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Leslie, MI.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Steve's name may be made to Sparrow Hospice, 1110 E Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48912 or VFW Post 7309 Men's Auxiliary, 1243 Hull Road, Mason, MI 48854. Dudley, Jane  
Jane Dudley East Lansing Elizabeth Jane Dudley was born on July 7, 1950 in Terre Haute, Indiana, the daughter of the late Richard and Doris (Nicholas) Mann, and passed away June 24, 2015 at the age of 64. Jane was a long time employee and "Chief of Staff" for Mike Dudley Law. She was preceded in death by her sister in spirit, Patti Schaberg.  Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband and soulmate of 44 years, Dennis Michael Dudley; daughters, Jennifer (Robert) Malinowski, Ruth Dudley-Carr (Michael Carr); granddaughters, Elizabeth "Ellie" Malinowski and Kathryn "Katie" Malinowski; sister in spirit, Karen Murphy; numerous cousins and loving friends. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on July 7, 2015 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 East Grand River Ave., East Lansing, MI.
