Waldron, Margaret  
Margaret Elizabeth Waldron Onondaga  Age 84, died unexpectedly Sunday, June 28, 2015 at her residence. Margaret was born December 14, 1930 in Marshall, MI. the daughter of Harry and Edge (Woden) Baker. She retired from the Ingham County Friend of the Court as a Secretary and was a member of the Aurelius Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband James in 2006; great grandchild, Jackson Pollok and brother and sister, Walter and Kate. Surviving are 3 sons, David (Jackie) Pollok of Lincolnton, N.C., Dennis (Lana) Pollok of Mason, and Ronald (Christine) Pollok of Durand; 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; sister, Irene King of Mason and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 11:00am from the Aurelius Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Aikin, officiating. Family will receive friends at the Skinner Funeral Home in Eaton Rapids on Thursday from 6-8pm. West, Paul  
Paul Richard West Lansing Passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at age 81.  Born October 26, 1933 to Paul and Mary West in Crystal, Michigan.  Paul worked for Motor Wheel where he would later retire.  He was a Lifetime member of the Moose Lodge and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.  Paul was an avid bowler who also enjoyed woodworking, fishing and playing cards where he would often cheat.  Preceding him in death were his wife of 44 years, Mary Lou; daughter, Sharon; sisters, Judy Cooper, Janet Campbell; brother, Roger West; sister-in-law, Jeanine West; brothers-in-law, Alan Campbell, Larry Phelps. Surviving are his daughters, Marsha (Scott) Younglove, Nancy Franke; son, Richard West; son-in-law, Richard Keck; 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sisters, Marilyn Blakeslee, Katherine Phelps; brother, John West as well as many nieces and nephews. Whitney, Hilda - Lansing  
Hilda G. Whitney Lansing Hilda G. Whitney, 87, of Lansing, Michigan passed away June 28, 2015. She was born May 9, 1928 in Montgomery, Alabama to Henry T. and Lilly Mae (Barnett) Smith. Family was very important to Hilda. She was a homemaker and later a bookkeeper for the family business. Hilda enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking for her family, and watching Christian television. She had a sweet spirit and loved to laugh. Hilda also loved her dogs and appreciated the simple things in life. She was a member of South Church. Hilda is preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 63 years, Warren; daughter, Valorie Doesburg; sons, Brad (Vicki) Whitney, and David Whitney; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and sister, Frances Belins. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Deepdale Memorial Gardens. Wilber, Wayne - Charlotte  
Wayne Franklin Wilber Charlotte Wayne Franklin Wilber, 63,  died July 3, 2015 at his home.  He was born January 17, 1952 in Lansing, MI, the son of Frank and May (VanAkin) Wilber.  Wayne served in the Army during Vietnam from 1969 to 1971 before returning to Michigan and marrying Paula Rust in 1973.  Wayne and Paula began their family and, shortly after, settled in Charlotte.  Wayne worked as a transportation engineer for the State of Michigan, spending many years on sites throughout the state.  He was an avid Civil War enthusiast, traveling to various historical places, and was a member of the American Legion.  Wayne loved to bowl, both with his kids and in leagues in Charlotte.  Above all, Wayne loved his family.  He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Paula (Rust) Wilber; sons Robert (Anne) Wilber, and John Wilber; daughters Lori (Chris) Dampier, and Jace Wilber; grandchildren Jared Wilber and Aria Dampier; sisters Dorothea (Leo) Peasley, Ramona Hart, Norma Hyatt, Wanda (Ralph) Merrell), and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents, brothers Michael Wilber and Clark Ketchum.  Military honors and burial will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Ft. Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Fisher House Foundation for veterans and their families, which can be made online at www.fisherhouse.org/donate.  Friends and family are encouraged to share memories of Wayne on his tribute page at www.prayfuneral.com .
