Francis Edward "Frank" Baldino

Francis Edward Baldino "Frank" St. Johns Our loving son, father, brother and uncle was called home to the Lord on October 1, 2013 at the age of 52 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Born, April 28, 1961. Surviving are his son, Parker Baldino; parents Sandy and Michael Baldino; one brother, two sisters, nieces , nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by Grandparents, Frank and Clara Baldino and Edward and Florence Doll, and Uncle, John Baldino. He was an electrical estimator for many years, previously with Summit Contractors. He was a member of the I.B.E.W Local 665 and The Loyal Moose Lodge in Harrison, MI. Frank had many interests including hunting, fly fishing, golfing, bowling and kayaking. He was a certified scuba diver and enjoyed traveling and adventure. His favorite thing to do was to sit on his porch at his cabin on the Pigeon River, drinking coffee and listening to the sounds of the river and the nature around him. He was most proud of his son, Parker and his musical abilities with his guitar. The family would like to thank the Hospice staff, especially Sandy, Lois, Kristina, Stacy, and Barb. Their dedication and loving touch helped make this journey manageable. Visitation will be from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. Friday with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. A Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Church of the Resurrection, 1531 E. Michigan, Lansing with Fr. Larry Delaney presiding. The family will receive friends and family one hour prior to funeral services at 9:30a.m. at the church. Contributions may be made to U of M Cancer Research or the Mayo Clinic in memory of Frank, and envelopes will be available. Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com.
