To the family of Mercedes Bailey. It was such an honor to know your daughter and see her shine the night of the Miss Sparkle Success self esteem pageant on May 3, 2012. Mercedes was so attentive to the rules, and her dad believed so much in her. She was so proud of that. She will truly be missed by those that knew her well. As director of the Miss Sparkle Success pageant, it was our pleasure to get to know her.
