Clifford "Tuke" Dawson Jr.

Clifford "Tuke" Dawson Jr. Eaton Rapids Age 86, passed away October 13, 2010. He was born November 15, 1923 in Eaton Rapids, the son of Clifford and Vina (Miller) Dawson. Clifford retired from Eaton Stamping after 30 years of service. He enjoyed going to the lake, fishing, hunting and bowling. Clifford belonged to Miller's coffee "liars club." He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Dawson of Eaton Rapids; sons, Kenneth R. Reed of Leslie, Michael J. (Carolyn) Reed of Leslie, William C. (Joyce) Dawson of Eaton Rapids; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene (Passick) Dawson in 1995 and his parents. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 16, 2010 at the Shelly-Odell Funeral Home, 518 S. Main St. Eaton Rapids, with Pastor Steve Klink officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Interment will be at Munger Cemetery.
