I attended Grand Rapids Catholic Central with Michael. I met up with him again 6 or more years ago when I was with the Dept. of Transportation and Dept. of Community Health. We both marveled at how we had chosen similar career paths, but had not run into each other sooner. It was great to catch up with each other and, for me, to see that his wit and his intellect were as sharp as I had remembered. May God bless him and welcome him into His kingdom.

I did not personally know Michael. I work in the Grand Tower for the Dept. of Human Services and often saw him in the elvator. He always had a smile on his face and a pleasant demeanor. May bless you during this time of loss and remember the world was a better place because he was a part of it.
