Darlene, I regret that I was unable to express to you, my condolences in person. However I did want you to know how highly I thought of her mother. I had the opportunity to get her know her on a personal basis when she and I worked together in the Treasury building. She was indeed, a lovely person. May God bless you and keep you at this most difficult time.

To the Merchant Family;
We will miss Ms. Merchant so much and she will be a loss to the Lansing Community. Hang in their because God is so good. As you know we recently lost our Mother and trust me it's the hardest time I've had to overcome, but every day is a new day and thank God for the Blessing that we get even when it seems they don't help. She is Home with her other "Golden Girl" friends, including my mother (Mattie) and we will cherish them forever. May God Bless and Keep,
Terri Singleton and Family
