Mary A. Greening St. Louis Age 73, passed away Friday, February 4, 2011 at Schnepp Health Care Center. Mary was born March 19, 1937 in St. Johns the daughter of James and Anna (Eager) Sali. She was a 1955 graduate of St. Johns High School and on February 19, 1960 she married Carl "Buzz" Greening at East Superior Christian Church, Alma. Mary worked at Wolverine Worldwide for 10 years and Dow Chemical for 20 years. She was a member of the Resurrection Life Church the past 18 years. Mary is survived by her husband, Carl of St. Louis, three daughters, Cheryl (John) Rice of Lancaster, Ohio, Lori (Keith) Evans of Canal Winchester, Ohio, and Lisa (Mick) Fisher of Kalamazoo, three sons, Dar (Mary Ellen) Greening of Manistee, Jeff (Mary) Greening of Shepherd, and Darrell (Kim) Greening of Alma, 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also two sisters, Helen Hofkamp of St. Johns and Margaret Burns of Houghton Lake and a brother, Jim Sali of St. Johns. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Frank Sali. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 9th at 10 a.m. at Resurrection Life Church with Pastor Randy Stehouwer officiating. Interment will be in Jasper Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Lux Funeral Home, St. Louis on Monday from 6-8p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
