Dale Bulock Obituary

Dale Keith Bulock Lansing Dale Keith Bulock age 85, passed away Sept 18, 2009. Dale was born October 11 1923 in Lansing, Michigan the son of Bert Bulock and Tirzah Sternberg. He was a Lansing resident and also lived in Jacksonville, Florida for many years with his wife Norma. Dale had a passion for photography and an entrepreneurial spirit. He dedicated his life to his profession as a creative commercial photographer. He was a proud WWII veteran, a private pilot, a vocal artist (lead singer for the barbershop quartet The Merri-Men) and loved crossword puzzles! He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma J. Bulock. He is survived by 3 sons Bart K (Anh) Bulock; Brad J. (Lura) Bulock; Bryan (Laurie) Bulock; daughter Teresa (Andy) Dyer, stepdaughters Cindy (John) Laughlin; Julie (Larry) Gephart; Special caregivers Nancy (Mike) Bowers and Doug (Anna) Stephens. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A memorial gathering to share memories of Dale will be held at Riverview Church located at 3585 Willoughby Road, Holt, Michigan 48842 (517)694-3400, on Tuesday October 6th from 5:30-7:30pm. Contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice, 2316 S. Cedar, Lansing, MI 48910.

Goodbye old friend - many happy memories of our friendship through high school,and best man at our wedding in 1946. Thank you for your service to our country. May you rest in peace and enjoy singing with the Angels.

To everyone up in ole Michigan, I send my deepest sympathies to you. I shall always love and remember my Dale and Norma. Also the fun we had the last time he was down here in Florida. We are with you in heart, love to you, Nancy and Bill Battige
