Donna Maye Biddinger St. Louis Donna Maye Biddinger, age 79, of St. Louis, MI died Sunday, June 6th, 2010 at her residence. Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca Chapel Ithaca, on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Mr. Keith Wise will officiate and burial will take place at North Star Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday, June 8, 2010 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca Chapel. Donna was born in Ithaca, Michigan on August 18, 1930, the daughter of Oliver George "Chub" and Julia (Davis) Biddinger, she graduated from Ithaca High School with the class of 1948 and CMU in 1952 and received her masters degree in education from the University of Colorado. Donna was a Physical Education teacher in the Lansing School District for 35 years. She loved cross stitching, basket weaving, needle point, gardening, and going to her cottage at Lake George. Donna enjoyed traveling and one of her first trips was in 1955 she traveled to California, and she had also spent some time in Holland. She moved back to Gratiot County after she retired and was a member of St. Louis Church of Christ. She is survived by her sister, Bernice Munson of Ithaca, MI; 1 brother, Richard and Faye Biddinger of Ithaca, MI; 1 niece, Brenda and Roger Miller of St. Johns, MI; 4 nephews, Bruce and Vicki Biddinger of Traverse City, MI, Brian and Terie Biddinger of Blanchard, MI, Michael and Brenda Munson of Howell, MI, Eric and Amy Munson of Browntown, MI; and several great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; sister-in-law, Marie Biddinger; and brother-in-law, Marvin Munson. Memorials may be made to St. Louis Church of Christ St. Louis.
