Elizabeth Gaye Proseus DeWitt Age 51, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. She was born December 12, 1961 in Lansing. As a former worker for General Motors at Lansing Car Assembly, Beth was also a beautician and former co-owner of Advanced Hair Design in Portland. She was the loving wife of Steven; loving mother of Tycha (Luke) Blank of St. Johns, Sabra of Knoxville, TN, Desaray of Knoxville, TN, Savonnah and Fargo, too; loving grandmother of Shaeley. Also surviving is her sister Vicki (Bruce) MacConnell, nephew Robert and niece Joann (Mike) Kern. Family was very important to her with the light of her life, Shaeley. There was much enjoyment listening to music, hysterically laughing with her daughters, being outdoors, planting flowers and walking Fargo. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12 at Church of God International Outreach Ministries, 4125 West St. Joe Highway, Lansing 48917. Interment will directly follow service at Wacousta Cemetery, Eagle, Michigan. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 11 at Church Of God Outreach International Ministries.
