Ellen Reibeling Obituary

Ellen Sargent Reibeling (nee Crall) Lansing Passed away Sunday as a result of multiple injuries from a traffic accident August 28. Born in 1929 in Jackson, she was 81 years old. Ellen was a resident of Lansing for more than 40 years and retired as a medical technologist from Michigan State University. Ellen enjoyed visiting family, camping, and sewing quilts with the Busy Bee Quilters that are donated to many charitable causes. Ellen was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, James A. Reibeling and an infant daughter. She has four surviving children, Wendy, Richard & Robin, and Jane. Ellen had nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She will be remembered best as a loving mother and grandmother. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Chapel in the Pines Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior.
