Fred Kebler Obituary

Fred W. Kebler Grand Ledge Frederick "Fred" W. Kebler, 57, passed away November 16, 2010 surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 3, 1952 in Lansing, MI, son of Neal and Aileen (Wells) Kebler. Fred was owner of K&K Supply in Grand Ledge; served in the U.S. Army, and was a former member and past president of the Grand Ledge Lions Club. He was an avid hunter and Spartan fan; enjoyed golf, spending time at his place on Dickerson Lake, and especially enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends and all others that knew him. He was preceded in death by his father Neal and nephew Derek. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Jackie and their two daughters, Kimberly L. Kebler and Kellee L. (Lee) Auge both of Delta Twp.; grandchildren: Aaron, Ethan, and Lauren Auge; mother Aileen Hagerman of St. Petersburg, FL, brothers Gary (Pam) and Brian (Denise) Kebler both of St. Petersburg, FL; mother-in-law Janette Waldo of Grand Ledge; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Judy (Mark) Kuebler of Delta Twp., Wes (Kellie) Waldo of Mulliken, Roberta (Dave) Jones of Grand Ledge, and Forrest Waldo of Denver, CO and close family Mary Jo Jones and her daughter, Natalee; as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 19, 2010 - 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 411 Harrison St., Grand Ledge, MI 48837, with Rev. Troy Shaw officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Peters & Murray Funeral Home, Grand Ledge. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Grand Ledge Youth Area Football Program. Online condolences may be made at www.petersandmurrayfuneralhome.com.
