I knew fred when we were kids. We got caught smoking cigaretts one time. He had this crazy laugh. He loved risky behavior. We'll miss you Freddie.

I Knew Fred and we were good friends during our pre=teen and early teen years. We lost track of each other for many years and then one day ran into each other again at the Flap Jack Shop on Waverly Rd.
I have a picture somewhere of Fred playing the tuba.
We had fun together. He was a gentle caring person I'm sure he will be missed.
