I was shocked to hear of Garry's passing. I can't tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I met Garry via parking in the Parking Ramp. He was just a "fun" person to engage in conversation with. And how many times had he helped me our with all the people we have parking in his lot and parking ramp. While I didn't know him beyond that, he was well know my many. Our whole office was shocked of his passing and very sorrowful of the loss of a really good man. May his wonderful smile remain a beacon to us all. Susan & Russell Daniels

Candace,
My sincerest sympathies from my wife, Karen, and I. I knew Garry from our days at CMU. One of my fondest memories was the first night we took the boys from Orion out to party. We lost Garry. We got back to the dorm and no Garry. Woke up the next morning and no Garry. Later that morning he showed up and told us the story of how he could not find his way back to the dorm and fell asleep on a house porch and was awakened by a chipmunk the next morning. The best part was, the house was right across the street from the dorm.

I'm so sorry to hear of Garrys' passing, he was a year ahead of me in high school and I went to Central for a semester with him also. I will never forget how he made people laugh in class, he truely was a great guy, I'm sorry I lost touch with him.

Candace,
Deepest sympathies from my family and me. Garry was one of the best roomates and friends in my college days at Central and I will miss him greatly. The picture on this obit is exactly the picture in my mind whenever I think of Garry -- that infectous smile of his that always lit the place up.

Garry was not only the best boss I have ever had, but one of the greatest people i have ever met. He was like a second father to me, & told my daughter to call him "Uncle MU". :) He will forever be missed, but never forgotten. Words do not do justice to how saddened we all are that he was taken so suddenly. My deepest thoughts and prayers are with all of his family, & friends that are hurting right now.

Candace,
My deepest condolences. Garry is one of the best people that i have ever known. I often find myself asking "What would MU do in this situation...?" and then everything seems to work out.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and anyone else that my have been so fortunate to have known Mu.

To Garry's family, I've known Garry since High school and college. I only saw him every few years but every time he made me laugh put a smile on my face. He is one of the good people of this Earth and will be missed.
