Genevieve Barcelow Obituary

Genevieve A. Barcelow Genevieve was born in Lansing, Michigan on July 31, 1915 to Sylvester and Rose Klein, and passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010. She attended grades K through 12 and graduated from St. Mary's Catholic School in Lansing. She loved her family, and was loved by them very much. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Barcelow, and her son, Keith Barcelow. She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn (Douglas) Beechem; sons Richard Barcelow and Michael (Nancy) Barcelow; grandchildren, Shaun (Amy) Barcelow, Aimee Barcelow, Michelle (John) Charon, Dominic Barcelow, and Gregg (Traci) Barcelow; and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary service in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Liturgy is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 31, at St. Mary Cathedral, 219 Seymour, Lansing with Fr. Bernard Reilly officiating. Viewing will be one hour prior to mass at church. Rite of committal will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com
