H. Webster Obituary

H. Richard Webster, Holt, age 74, passed away September 12, 2009. He was born in Lansing in 1935. Dick retired from the State of Michigan. Surviving are: his wife, Joan; daughters, Debbie (Kris) Stoneman of Chicago and Carrie (George Deratany of Detroit; grandchildren, Jacob, Melina, Abby, Jackson and Rachel; brothers, Douglas and Ronald Webster. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Harriett Webster and sister, Marilyn Picken.
The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1701 E. Saginaw St., Lansing, with Fr. Mark Sietsema,
Ph.D. and Fr. Christopher Rozdilski officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Monday, with a Trisagion service to be held at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church or St. Andrew Orthodox Catholic Church in memory of Richard Webster.

My brothers & sister all refered to Mr. Webster as Uncle Dick...his integrity & kindness will always be remembered by our family. Uncle Dick was my fathers best friend, fond memories of him will live on in our hearts forever.
