Harold Crowley Obituary

Harold F. Crowley Died September 10, 2009 at the age of 91. Born August 21, 1918 in St. Johns, Michigan the son of Clarence and Agnes (Parks) Crowley. He retired from Kurt's Appliance Center after 20 years and was a member of Price and Pilgrim United Methodist Churches where he was active in church activities. Harold married Jean Hunt August 24, 1942 and she survives him after 67 years of marriage. Also surviving is son-in-law, Terry Reese, nephews, Stanley (Nancy) Behrens, Raymond (Marjorie) Behrens, Douglas (Linda) Behrens, Douglas (Sue) Crowley, Gary (Sue) Crowley, many great nieces and nephews, and cousin, George (Karen) Baxter. He was preceded in death by a son, Terry Crowley, a daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Frank Pierce, granddaughter, Deborah Reese, two brothers, Martin and Walter Crowley and stepsisters, Helen Davis, Lucille Shumaker and Marian Hubbard. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2009 at the Osgood Funeral Home, 104 E. Cass St., St. Johns, MI, burial at South Bingham Cemetery with Pastor Kenneth Bremer officiating. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials be made to Hospice House of Mid-MI.
