Harry Huxford Obituary

Harry R. Huxford Kentwood Formerly of Lansing, went into the arms of God, and his loving wife JoAnne on May 9, 2010 at the age of 79. He was born October 16, 1930 in Denver, Colorado, to Harry and Doris Huxford. He was a longtime hammerman for Lindell Drop Forge. Harry is survived by his children: Vicki (Ed) Lublow, Penny (Jim) Bissell, Kelly (Rod) Villarreal, Mark (Jane) Huxford, Luke Huxford, and Pat (Kristin) Huxford; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Ranshaw. He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnne Huxford; his parents; a granddaughter, Katie Jo Huxford; and a daughter-in-law, Renate Huxford. The funeral for Harry Huxford will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel with Pastor Wesley B. Emerson officiating; interment will follow in North Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Michigan Diabetes Association.
