Jack Brockhaus Obituary

Jack E. Brockhaus Age 83, born January 13, 1924, passed away September 12, 2009. Jack was a retired supervisor for Wagenvoord & Riegel and a WWII veteran having served in the Army Air Corp. He was a 1944 graduate of Resurrection High School and remained a life long devoted member of the Catholic Church. Jack enjoyed golfing, fishing and rooting for MSU. Jack was preceded in death by his daughter Diana, infant son David, brother Fred of California, and sister Betty Babcock of St. Louis, Missouri. Jack is survived by his wife of 63 years Irene (Misovye); sons Jack (Linda) and Donald (Elaine); daughter Sharon Potter of Greenfield, Indiana; sisters Pat Piggott of Eaton Rapids and Jean O'Neil of Lansing, 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 10, 2009 at St. Gerard Church, Lansing. Those wishing to make contributions may do so to St. Gerard Church, Lansing., in memory of Jack.
