Jo Howes Obituary

Jo Ann Howes Passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the age of 68. Born December 26, 1941 to Norman and Mary (Reed) Savage in Lansing, Michigan. Jo Ann was a graduate of Dewitt High School, and worked for the State of Michigan in the Treasury Department until she retired in 1992. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving Jo Ann are her husband of 32 years, Roger Howes; sisters, Shirley and Harriett Savage; 2 brothers-in-law; 3 sisters-in-law; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held for Jo Ann at a later date. Because of Jo Ann's love for animals, memorial contributions may be made to the Capitol Area Humane Society in her memory.
