I am Joyce's neighbor and I recall all the times we talked at the end of our driveways and shared tidbits about the neighbors and neighborhood. Joyce would bring me printouts of various job opportunities at the school district in hopes that I could be employed there. When I first moved in, she would take her little dog for walks every single day. The neighborhood will never be the same.

To the entire Look Family,
The loss of a family member is never an easy thing to go thru, but it has always helped me in the past to remember that she is at peace now and that the tears that we shed are for ourselves and our loss here on earth. I am thankful for the opportunity that I had to know and love Joyce and to be a part of this family for as long as I was. My prayers are with you. May God bless and keep you all.

It is hard to know what to say. I have thought of her several times since she retired from the district. I saw her a few times since and that ever present smile was there. I know all of you will miss her very much. Please know that I know it hurts when that all important part of you is passed on to another chapter in her life. The best we hope for is to see her again in a more peaceful setting with no pain or unhappiness. My prayers are with all of you.
