Kenneth David Kerr Portland Kenneth David Kerr, 67 of Portland, retired Deputy Chief of Lansing Township Fire Department and Naval veteran lost his battle with cancer Thursday June, 24 2010. Dave lived a full and happy life and is survived by his wife, Catherine; mother, Marguerite Shultz (Stan) of Calgary Canada; mother-in-law, Orlean Ziegler of Portland; eight children, Tammie Noel, Debbie Wullaert of Augusta, Maine, David Kerr (Marianne) of Portland, Ron Kerr (Amy) of Eaton Rapids, Michael Kerr (Jutta) of Albertshofen Germany, Sarah Cole (Dawn) of Muskegon, Rebecca Guerra (Luis) of Los Angeles, CA, Christopher Cole (Kelli) of Hudsonville; 21 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a future date to be determined and announced when all of his children can come together to celebrate his life.
