Larry and his family took care of me as a young child and I have many fond memories of him and his sisters who took me under their wing. Later, Larry had me over for a weekend during which he taught me to Ice Skate on a pond in back of their house outside Haslet. Larry touched my life briefly and left a lasting memory of a loving, caring person who was not afraid to share himself. I'm sure there are countless other people out there who were touched by this wonderful man and his open armed approach to life. May God bless you Larry. Robert F. Carrigan, Charlotte, North Carolina

Uncle Larry - Always fun loving and full of humor... I remember when we were younger always coming over to your house on Stoll Road and playing with the kids... You and your bees too - I was always afraid of you or someone else getting stung by those things.... You had a smile on your face most of the time and was always saying something humorous.. You will be missed... Love you
