Mitchell Stine Obituary

Mitchell "Mitch" I. Stine Winn Age 56 of Winn, MI, and formerly of Lansing, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 8, 2010. Born January 8, 1954 in Alpena, the son of Irvin and Lois (Eagling) Stine. Mitch was a Body Repairman for Oil City Sales. A handyman with a big heart, who always had time to help others, he built custom cabinets, decks, repaired roofs and plumbing and was always eager to help. Preceding him in death was his father, Irvin in 2000. Surviving are his mother, Lois Stine of Lansing; 2 brothers, Randal (Doris) Stine of Lansing and Jeffrey (Laurie) Stine of Scottsdale, AZ; sister, Nancy Stine of Potterville; 5 nephews and one niece; special friends, Jan Hetherington and Tony Martinez. Mitch's request was for a cremation with a private family interment. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to Miller Animal Clinic at 6515 W. Saginaw St. Lansing, MI 48917 in memory of Mitchell I. Stine. The family is being served through the Chapel In The Pines Funeral Home in Lansing. www.ChapelInThePinesFuneralHome.com
