Myrtle Delano Obituary

Myrtle Isabell Delano Passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at the age of 95. Born June 27, 1915 to Lewis and Blanche (Dennis) Dietrich in Alma, Michigan. Myrtle graduated from Mason High School. She married her husband of 65 years Rollin Delano, and had 3 children that she raised in Eaton Rapids. Myrtle enjoyed spending her time in the garden, sewing, playing bingo, and taking deer hunting trips up north with her husband. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Rollin, and granddaughter; Colleen Converse. Myrtle is survived by her three children; Patricia (Jerry) Crandell, Dave Delano, and Gloria Delano, 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 1 great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 23 at 11:00 a.m. from the Woodlawn Cemetery in Leslie, Michigan. For online condolences please visit www.skinnerfuneralhome.com
