Ordell E. Jozwiak

Ordell E. (Lagios) Jozwiak Williamston Ordell Esther Jozwiak was born in Wacousta, Michigan on August 14, 1919 and died on September 30, 2009 at the age of 90. She was raised and lived in Lansing until 1947 and lived in Detroit for many years. She moved to Williamston in 2000. Ordell was the loving wife for 72 years of Daniel Jozwiak, who resides in Williamston. She was the devoted mother of Connie Lee (Brackett), of Williamston, Trudy (Sharpe) of Las Vegas, and David, of Birmingham, Michigan. She was loved by all who knew her. Her deep inner strength and zest for life helped her overcome illness until the very end. Ordell was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Kimmel and her brothers, Burwin and Larry Lagios. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, October 5, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 157 High Street, Williamston. There will be no visitation.
