Paul Hull Obituary

Paul W. Hull Goetzville Paul W. Hull, died September 18, 2009 at his home in Goetzville, MI after a brave battle with cancer. He was born on April 14, 1944 in Muskegon, MI to James Merrill Hull and Marie Alice (Dobberstein) Hull. Paul grew up in Alma, MI and graduated from Alma High School in 1962. He served in Baumholder, Germany in the United States Army in the late 60's. For most of his working life he lived in Lansing, MI where he worked as a sheet metal journeyman in the construction industry. On June 16, 1984 he married Michele Kreisler and they continued to live in Lansing until he retired in 2005 when they moved to his beloved U.P. Paul was an avid U of M fan. Paul is survived by his wife, Michele; daughter, Alana (Jon) Barsuhn of St Joseph, MI; son, Jeff (Brandy) Kreisler of Dimondale, MI; and grandson, Jeffrey Wayne Kreisler. Paul is also survived by sisters, Mary Murray of Soldotna, AK, and Joyce Hull of McAllen, TX; and brother, John (Teresa) Hull of Mt. Vernon, MO. Paul was preceded in death by his father and mother; his brother, James L. Hull; and nieces, Cheryl Murray and Agnes Hull. The family is planning a memorial party at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family, in care of Michele Hull, 26346 S. Point Road, Goetzville, MI 49736, for a tree to be planted in Paul's memory.
