Robert K. James II

Robert K. James II Lansing Age 67, passed away at his home after a brave battle with cancer on Sept. 16, 2009. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Sue; brother, Thomas and parents, Robert I and Betty James. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 8 years, Susan; daughter, Denise (Jeremy Holbrook); grandsons, Zachary and Owen; brother, Patrick (Mary); nephews, Patrick and Andrew (Jennifer). Bob was a graduate of Resurrection High School. He retired from the State of Michigan DOT and was a veteran of the US Navy. Bob was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather who will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He excelled in martial arts, had a wonderful talent for drawing, loved his Corvette and his dog, Little Bit. Cremation has taken place and a gathering of family and friends will take place September 26, 2009, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Palmer, Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Home, Lansing Chapel.
