Sheila M. Mullin

Sheila M. Mullin East Lansing Age 71, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away Monday, September 7, 2009. Sheila was born November 17, 1937 in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of the late Thomas M. and Dorothy H. (Terhart) Killeen. She was co-owner of Art Unlimited with her daughter, Anne, was an educator for many years in Sault Ste. Marie and in recent years was the best soccer grandma on the sidelines. Sheila's proudest accomplishments were her husband, children and the apple of her eye, her grandchildren! Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Charles R. "Randy" Mullin; children, Joseph (Deborah), Michael, Anne O'Connor, Dr. Kevin (Julie) and Daniel (Bethany); 10 grandchildren, Michael, Danny, Thomas, Christian, Jake, Molly, Liz, Erin, Caitlyn and Emily; brothers, Jim (Barb) Killeen and Thomas (Maureen) Killeen. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, 11:00 a.m. at St. Martha's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Palmer, Bush and Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the Church. A rosary will be prayed Thursday evening at 7:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 1421, E. 12 Mile Rd.
