Dear Cheney Family-Richard & Phyllis-Thelma was such a sweet lady and a long time member of the Vantown Community and I treasure the memories of her as a truly sincere friend. She and your father shared so many happy times in their mature years--it was such a special relationship and such a special witness to all of us who knew them. God bless each of you and keep you in His care. Virginia Oesterle, Charlotte, N.C.

Dear Cheney Family--You have been the greatest blessing to Aunt Thelma, and thru your love and open arms gave to her the dream of her heart, that of FAMILY. She loved each and every one of you, and appreciated being included in family events and gatherings. After Uncle Claude passed on, she seemed to be just a little lost---but, with the marriage to Uncle Ludell--the smile returned , and the rest is now history. Bless you, each and every one.
