The Guest Book is expired.
Age 63, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014. He was born on November 6, 1950 in Lansing, Michigan the son of Alfred and Gladys (Griggs) Smith. Quinton was proud to be a first generation British American, and served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1970 to 1976, spending a tour in Viet Nam from which he later suffered the ravages of Agent Orange-that took his life. He worked in communications until his health deteriorated, and passed on his love of reading, classical music, model railroading, and knowledge and love of travel to the people he loved. His beloved role as "Papa" kept him alive well beyond any physician's predictions.
"When tomorrow starts without me and I'm not there to see, if the sun should rise and find your eyes filled with tears, I wish so much you wouldn't cry for every time you think of me I'm right here in your heart."

Surviving is his wife, Hovita Smith, with whom he proudly shared birth dates; daughter, Jennifer (Tim Gonzalez) Smith and granddaughters Jordyn and Meekah, daughter, Megan (Joshua) Munn and grandchildren Iain and Max; as well as relatives in England, and the "Group": Jack and Karen Faught, Lee and Linda Hodges, Lynn and Dana Green, and Wayne and Cherie Mitchell.
