Vera Spoor Obituary

Vera Lee Spoor Lansing Passed away Monday, March 1, 2010 at age 81. Born August 3, 1928 in Thomas, OK to Francis Curtis Fry and Floy Melissa (Jordan) Fry. Vera moved to Michigan and graduated from Coloma High School. She worked as office manager for Superior Business Forms in Kalamazoo. Later she met her husband Dale Spoor and they married September 4, 1954. Vera taught middle school at Stockbridge, retiring in 1993. Surviving are her husband, Dale D.; three children, Leigh Ann and special friend Randy Erickson, Dale R., James and wife Amy; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Chapel in the Pines Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.
