Phillip Wolcott Obituary

Philip K. Wolcott Lansing Age 68, passed away December 21, 2011. He was born May 16, 1943, in Lansing, the son of the late Clare and Winifred Wolcott. Philip was an avid MSU fan and a member of St. Mary Cathedral. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; children, Lisa (Jeff) Hicks, Matthew Wolcott, Michael Wolcott, Caralyn Wolcott; granddaughters, Lauren Hicks and Aubrie Hicks; brothers, Roger Wolcott and Paul (Jane) Wolcott; sister, Judy Kessler; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Clint and Joyce Geiger; and many loving nieces and nephews and other extended family members. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in memory of Philip, may be made to an education fund to be set up for his daughter Caralyn.

My thoughts are with Kathy and the family from a friend who went to school with Phil, starting at Walter French all the way to 1961 at Everett. He was a good guy to know and be around.
