Ann and Family, I am sorry to hear this..I will never forget how Frank took care of us boys in his store with suits for us to wear to my mother's funeral, the tuxes I rented for prom, and the suits I bought when I started working with dad. I will always remember him as a friendly, kind and generous man. My prayers to you and your family.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I am a granddaughter of Clarence Utter who lived in Laingsburg and also passed away this year. Frank sounds like he led a very exciting life. I am saying prayers for all of you.
