Adam John Feldpausch, Portland, age 26, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016. He was born on February 5, 1990 the son of Donald and Christine (Killian) Feldpausch. Adam loved driving his car and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and he also enjoyed his current job at NIOWAVE Inc. Adam loved his family and had a special relationship with his grandpa, John. He is preceded in death by his great grandfather, Peter Killian; grandfather, Frank Feldpausch and his uncle, Joe Feldpausch. Surviving are parents Don and Christine Feldpausch; brother, Jeff (fiancée, Rebekah) Feldpausch; great grandmother, Mildred Killian; grandparents Marilyn Feldpausch and John and Cheryl Killian; many cousins, aunts and uncles.
The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2016 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge St., Portland. Interment will follow at Most Holy Trinity Cemetery, Fowler. The family will receive friends 11:00a.m. until the time of the funeral. On line condolences may be made at www.lehmanfuneralhomes.com.

I just found out today. I was gonna try to contact Adam, since I lost his #, and haven't heard from him. I was saddened. I enjoyed some time with him at Bliss in Hastings. I was training him on the old turret lathes. He was a pleasure to work with.

Don and Kris , we are so sorry to hear of the loss of your son. I could not imagine the pain that you both are feeling. My daughter is only a month older and she is one of the best parts of my life. I only met him a couple of times and he seemed to be a very nice young man. Bless you and your family during this difficult time.

Sorry for your loss. My prayers go out to the Feldpausch Family. He was a very awesome young man. I Had the pleasure of talking with Adam many times. About fishing, chickens and his motorcycle. He will be greatly missed!

Dear Chris and Don. Words seem so inadequate at a time like this, however, I do want you to know how very sorry I am that you have suffered the loss of one who was so vital to you, your own flesh and blood. Adam's passing is so very tragic and it is so hard to understand why one so young as he has been taken. My heart aches for you and I will be keeping you in my prayers. God bless you both.

I came to know Adam through my daughter who was his friend. He was a smart young man who had set some impressive goals for his future and I am sorry that he didn't have time to achieve them. I am glad that I got to know him.
