Ettie Musil Jesko LUBBOCK- Ettie Musil Jesko, 85, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013 in Lubbock after moving from Lazbuddie in 2005. Rosary will be recited this evening, March 25, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers with funeral services Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Cathedral followed by graveside services at St Anthony's Cemetery in Hereford at 2:30 p.m. She was born in Stamford, Texas on Oct. 3, 1927 to Frank and Ettie Musil. She graduated from Stamford High School and the University of Texas. She became a County Home Demonstration Agent in Seymour and Farwell. She was a 4-H Club leader for 20 years. She married Andrew James Pete Jesko in November 1962. They farmed in the Lazbuddie community. Ettie and her husband taught Sunday School in Muleshoe and Friona Catholic Churches. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete; brothers, Joe, Frank, and Emory; and sister, Ruby. Ettie is survived by a daughter, Maureen, her husband Johnny Castellano, and grandchildren, Jared and Katie of Lubbock; and son, Frank Jesko, his wife Tonja, and two step-granddaughters of Port St. Lucie, Fla. She is also survived by sisters, Gladys Rod of El Campo and Lillie Nichols of Arlington; brother, Leon Musil of Rogers, Arkansas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
