Albert Gamboa LUBBOCK-Funeral services for Albert Gamboa, 35, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Msgr. David R. Cruz officiating. Rosary will be at 7 p.m. today, July 30, 2012, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Burial will be in Peaceful Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Albert passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2012, at University Medical Center. He was born Sept. 22, 1976, in Lubbock, Texas. Albert graduated in 1995 from Lubbock High School, and in 2000 he graduated from UT with a degree in architecture. Albert lived in Austin and Houston, and returned to Lubbock in 2011. He loved music, sports, and performing show choir. Albert loved life, his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by all who know him. Those left to cherish his memories are his mother, Lupe Gamboa; father, Raymond Gamboa Jr.; brothers, Raymond David Gamboa, John Michael Gamboa, Anthony Florentino Gamboa, and his twin brother, Robert Gamboa; two sisters-in-law, Belinda Gamboa and Denise Devora; nephews, Michael Anthony Gamboa, Marcus Aaron Gamboa and Timothy Yoes; and one niece, Amber Garcia. Albert leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him very much.
